E-liquid refilling for Smok RPM 40 is quite simple. The cartridge is pulled up and removed, the e-liquid filling cap is opened, the e-liquid is filled, and then it is closed again. For every new coil, it is recommended to wait 15 minutes for the coil to saturate after filling with e-liquid.
